This is Yoga series is our ideal course for those entirely new to yoga and those beginners seeking to enrich what they have already learned. This series introduces foundational postures, simple breathing exercises, meditation techniques, as well as the ways to practice yoga off the mat. Each class is 1-hour in duration and class size is limited allowing for plenty of individual attention and questions. This program teaches how to move safely in and out of the poses and how to modify the poses for your body so that you can confidently attend mixed level classes while keeping yourself safe. Gain a basic understanding of the language and experience the many ways to practice yoga. Most importantly, learn to steady your body, your breath and your mind.
