Keep your summer going with an Honor Yoga Camp! Our camps each run for 1 week and are packed with 3 hours of fun!
The Littlest OMies ages 4-7: In our youngest camp each week is coordinated with a playful theme to relate big yoga ideas to little minds. Kids begin with a welcome circle and coloring, then transition to a physical practice using imaginative motion. The day winds down with partner activities, games and zen crafts.
Yogis-In-Training: 7-12: As kids advance in their practice, camp deepens their connection to their body with more advanced posturing by learning how to balance on their arms, heads and hands! Partner yoga, meditation, music, activities, and zen crafts are all part of the day.
Yogis-Take-Flight 13+: In our Aerial Yoga camp kids teens learn how to stare their fears into the eyes, take a deep breath, and find the bravery to face them or to say “no thanks, not today.” Each day begins with a gentle grounded warm-up, followed by an extensive practice in the air, and culminates with activities, crafts and games that help teens explore deeper life lessons.
