We serve our entire community by offering classes at all levels with the ability to drop-in anytime. We offer class cards and packs for flexibility of schedule and commitment. We also offer different membership levels that allow you to take up to four classes per month or an unlimited number of classes at Honor Yoga Eastampton or any one of our studios. All-inclusive memberships include all workshops that we offer at all Honor Yoga Studio locations.

Shannon Cranmer Yoga Instructor, Certified massage therapist, and Reiki master will deliver this incredibly indulgent and healing workshop. Incorporating a wide variety of techniques to accompany restorative poses you will drift into the silence of your being, healing your body, mind and spirit. Enter into a warm candlelit room, restorative poses, aromatherapy, massage and guided meditation will take you on a healing journey of self. This workshop is the perfect way to relax and receive!

YogaBarre: A beginner-friendly, challenging workout, designed to sculpt and strengthen and fuses yoga, barre, and pilates.
Gentle: Longer sequence of floor poses, low weight-bearing with slower movements, and a stretchy slow pace.
Roots: Start from the ground up in this foundations yoga class with an alignment-based sequence and instructional cues.
Strong & Calm: Bring strength, stamina, and calmness of mind in this challenging and steady mixed level yoga practice.
Slow Flow: A mixed level class for those ready to move with more fluidity and challenge their practice with vinyasa flow.
Flow: An intermediate level class linking breath and movement to create a connection between mind, body and self in this vinyasa based yoga class.
Power Flow: An advanced level flow class, emphasizing both cardiovascular and strength, designed with unique sequencing and transitions.
All levels of practice are welcome. Our beautiful eco-friendly studio is located in the heart of Eastampton on Patriot Way. We offer Flow, Power, Beginners, Strong & Calm, as well as Yoga for Kids and Teens. We host multiple workshops monthly to deepen and advance your yoga practice.
