This course split over two days is for the practitioner that wishes to include Reiki as part of their day to day or even professional life. Learn the mental and emotional healing symbols, as well as the distance symbol, which is used for transmuting universal life force energy across time, distance and space, allowing you to use this healing ancient art without the necessity of being in the physical presence of your recipient. Also, learn to incorporate the power symbol from level I. This advanced Japanese technique provides a larger tool kit enabling you to channel Reiki energy in creative and effective ways for the benefit of both your client and yourself. Practice time will be given and will allow you to become comfortable with your skills, including giving and receiving Reiki distant treatments with other students in zoom breakout rooms, or in person, depending on whether you choose to take the training virtually or in person.

This training is meant for yoga instructors with at least a RYT-200.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga has foundations in trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience as well as deep roots in yoga. At the moment of trauma our arousal system (sympathetic and parasympathetic) is impacted moving us into hyperarousal or hypoarousal. The imprint of trauma can lead to depression and/or anxiety. Trauma sensitive yoga aims to cultivate awareness of the mind-body connection and build self-regulation skills to address the ways in which trauma is held in the body.

You do not need to be a yoga teacher to participate.
