In this training, you’ll learn the skills needed to develop and teach a chair yoga class for a wide variety of students. You will learn how to do warm ups, adapt yoga poses traditionally done on the floor to be done in a chair, and using a chair for balance and support for standing and balancing poses
This training will teach you to blend elements of these ancient and modern modalities to create a unique workout suitable for everyone. This program will consist of direct instruction, class experience and a final project. Students should also have taken at least 5 barre classes prior to the start of training.
Reiki II practitioners will be opening up to their spiritual sides, and receive the power symbols to use in their healing sessions. Three Usui Reiki power symbols are given. Distance reiki is taught, and plenty of practice in sending energy is provided.

This training will explore the history of Reiki: how it works, when to use it, and when not to use it. Included is an introduction to the basic hand positions for yourself and others. By the end, you will have explored your lineage and be prepared to start offering Reiki sessions.
Learn to teach aerial yoga to a variety of levels, all in one training! First, the forcuse will be on the fundamentals of proper technique to get the aerialist off the ground in a fun and safe manner. Emphasis is put on understanding the mechanics of what is happening within the body, and how the fabric works works with you, as well as on play and enjoyment.
