Workplace Yoga enhances the well-being of employers and employees as they become more focused, productive and healthy both mentally and physically while creating a calm environment that compliments their daily work performance by providing weekly yoga classes. We will provide highly qualified teachers that specialize in bringing yoga and meditation to your company.

  • Boardroom Yoga (Chair) Usually a lunchtime class
  • Yoga for Executives: Relieve stress which includes Executive Coaching. Higher package.

  • Yoga events like team building through yoga, corporate seminars/presentations with yoga and meditation demos, as well as yoga themed offsite/ onsite celebrations for birthdays and holidays.

Charu Varma – Workplace Wellness Director

 

Charu Varma is an ERYT( An experienced and registered Yoga Alliance teacher) who is certified to teach several different styles of yoga and meditation to people of all ages and ability levels. She has taught over 1500 hours of yoga of various styles including vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga.

Charu’s teaching journey began while in the corporate world as an HR manager and talent acquisition specialist during which she taught one of her first yoga classes to her boss and colleagues at the office.

Charu is well equipped to understand the specific needs and demands of the workplace and is able to tailor a yoga or meditation program based on the unique requirements and space constraints of the workplace. She holds an MBA degree and is PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified.
