Honor Yoga Therapeutics Teacher Training

Join us for a weekend of learning how to work with clients/students with a variety of injuries, illnesses and conditions. These populations can be a challenge for yoga instructors who are unfamiliar with what questions to ask, what are the indications/contraindications and how to adapt a yoga practice to meet the specific needs of the client.

A limited class size will allow for questions, hands on, case studies and problem solving.

This training is meant for yoga instructors with at least a RYT-200.

Investment: $385 | Early bird discount of $50 if registered by August 26th (promo: hytearly). Click the button below to register.

Current Honor Yoga instructors receive a 25% discount (cannot be combined with early bird).

About Liz

About Liz

Liz completed her 200 hour teacher training in order to deepen her yoga practice, without the intention of ever teaching yoga. When the 1st Honor Yoga opened, she happily came to the studio as a student and quickly fell in love with the new community, which helped her tap in to her inner teacher and desire to teach classes.

With over 24 years of experience as a physical therapist, she is especially interested in teaching alignment and anatomy. All of that helped her find her dharma, and in 2015, she created Honor Yoga Therapeutics, where she focuses on making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of injuries, illnesses or conditions. Liz is also responsible for teaching the anatomy portion of the Honor Yoga Teacher Training program.

She tries to infuse each of her yoga classes with her energy, sense of humor, and knowledge of functional anatomy to create a space of self-acceptance and love.
