Meet Your Asana Lead

After a sedentary childhood, Celeste discovered the joy of movement in dance in her mid twenties, finding the complexity of alignment and the meditative aspect of meshing movement to music fascinating. After multiple injuries and a surgery, Celeste tried yoga and never looked back. Celeste found in yoga layers of complexity in alignment and variations of poses, a meditative space in marrying movement with breath, the relaxation of seated meditation, the joy of a supportive yoga community, and the fun of trying new poses. Celeste teaches a flowing vinyasa class with an emphasis on alignment, working towards more complex poses in stages, and a sense of humor.
