Honor YogaBarre infuses ballet barre exercises, yoga and mat Pilates to help you decompress, strengthen, stretch and balance your entire body. Wellness of both mind and body is central to this practice and linking yoga inspired barre movements to breath creates a challenging, creative and unparalleled workout.
This training will teach you to blend elements of these ancient and modern modalities to create a unique workout suitable for everyone. This program will consist of direct instruction, class experience and a final project. Students should also have taken at least 5 barre classes prior to the start of training.
