Are you yearning for self-care to restore and renew your life’s vision? Join Kathi, Charu and Mark for quiet relaxation, time to restore the spirit and return home with renewed energy!
Our journey begins with pure relaxation. We welcome you Thursday evening with yoga nidra, a meditation practice designed to relax your body and spirit. A delicious, but healthy dinner will follow, designed for comfort and renewing the body.
Friday we will be kind to our bodies and spirit as we begin the day with a gentle yoga practice lead by Charu. After a nutritious but tasty lunch, we will venture into nature and learn how it soothes the soul, the spirit, the body; and brings us back to our authentic selves. After a few hours of private relaxation in the hot tub, lounging mountainside with a book or thoughts, or exploring the surrounding Catskills, we will end the afternoon with mala making followed by yin yoga with Charu. The sun sets with a relaxing healthy dinner prepared with love and gratitude by Mark and Kathi.
Saturday we renew the spirit. As the sun rises over the mountain, Kathi leads an early morning japa walk, followed by a slow flow practice with Mark. After an energizing lunch, Mark and Kathi lead us to the mountains with an all-level hike designed to renew your spirit with springtime energy in bloom. In the evening, Charu will lead a restorative practice followed by a renewing Sound Bath of Singing Bowls. The day ends surrounded with laughter, love and newfound friends around the dinner table.
Sunday morning brings our last yoga practice and sentimental good-byes. You will drive home feeling relaxed, but centered, a restored body and spirit and a renewed vision of your life! Join us for this incredible journey!
